Founded by ABK Companies, Özel İdeal Öğrenci Yurtları (Private Ideal Student Dormitories) has completed 31 successful years of service and currently operates a total of 21 branches in 3 different cities, including 13 female and 8 male higher education student dormitories.

The journey began in 1994 in Konya with a capacity of 120 beds. Today, Ideal Student Dormitories continue to operate in Ankara in a central and easily accessible location. To meet the high demand and expectations of students and parents, and to expand their experience in student dormitory management nationwide, the organization has also started serving in Konya, Ankara, and Istanbul.

With 15 branches in Konya, 4 in Ankara, and 2 in Istanbul, the dormitory demonstrates its commitment to providing quality services across Turkey through these locations and the services offered in them.
