34 Student Dormitories is a family-owned company established in 2019. In addition to inspections by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, it is also subject to internal audits.
You are going to university, and a new life awaits you. You will be separated from your family and perhaps from loved ones you have been with for many years. But don’t worry — at Kampüs34, you can become part of our family!
We ensure your safety 24 hours a day. We know that protecting our family is our duty. Therefore, our security procedures, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, are in operation 24/7.

Our dormitories have a total capacity of 400 beds: 150 for males and 250 for females.

The dormitories have professional security personnel available 24/7.
Additionally, the interior and surrounding areas are monitored by security cameras 24/7.
Common areas are cleaned daily, rooms are cleaned three times a week, and a paid laundry service is available.
Our 1-, 3-, and 4-person rooms, designed with a 5-star hotel concept and spacious layout, feature beds with storage, desks with chairs, coat racks, large wardrobes, refrigerators, TVs with satellite channels, unlimited hot water, heating, and internet.
Students also have access to a library, lounge and TV rooms, gyms, game rooms with chess and console games, hobby kitchens, and a large dining hall for breakfast service.
The summer garden, outdoor terraces, and free doctor and infirmary services are important for student protection, especially during the Pantemi period.
Smoking is not allowed in rooms or common areas.
For fire safety, all common areas are equipped with electronic detection and alarm systems, including heat and smoke detectors. Fire extinguishers, fire cabinets, and emergency exit guidance are also present in the buildings.
