Our priority is ensuring that guests stay peacefully, comfortably, safely, healthily, and happily. Fire and service staircases on each floor comply with January 2010 fire and rescue regulations, and all dormitory equipment meets MEB dormitory regulations.
The dormitory is fully secure, monitored 24/7 with alarms, security cameras, tracking, and recording systems. Security personnel are present at all times at entrances. Student access is controlled via secure turnstile cards.

The dormitory offers 24/7 library, internet rooms, study rooms, and study halls with super-fast unlimited fiber internet on each floor, each with its own modem to prevent slowdown.
Elevators are available and regularly maintained for easy floor-to-floor access.
Recreation rooms allow students to watch TV or use digital platforms like Netflix and BluTV.
