Vatan Street Dormitory

The dormitory opened its first branch in its own building on Vatan Street in 2020. Its mission is to provide students—who will shape the future of the country—with a friendly, comfortable, secure, and conveniently located place near their schools. To achieve these high standards, a long and comprehensive process was undertaken to prepare for shaping the future together.

The building is conveniently located:

• Tram: 5 min
• Marmaray: 10 min
• Bus: 2 min
• Minibus: 1 min

Universities are also within short walking distance. This central location in Aksaray allows students to focus on their studies without wasting time in Istanbul’s heavy traffic, while also giving them easy access to explore the culturally rich city during their free time.

Rooms

Rooms are organized as 1, 2, 4, and 6-person units, with at least 12 m³ per student. Each room provides a bright and spacious living area. Architects designed the rooms to allow students to sleep peacefully, study comfortably, and relax during leisure time. All furniture is custom-made for student comfort.

Each room includes:

• Private bathroom and toilet
• Minimum 32" TV
• Refrigerator
• Study desk and chair
• Personal bedding set, pillow, quilt, and lockable wardrobe

The dormitory is regularly cleaned by a professional cleaning team following hygiene standards.
