Yurdum Rezidans Girls’ Student Dormitory, under the assurance of Yurdum Rezidans, has been designed with a unique perspective, based on our knowledge and experience, while following the ever-changing design trends in the world. It is human-oriented, effective, personalized, and built in accordance with earthquake and fire regulations.
The dormitory complies with the Private Student Housing Services Regulation and offers the comfort of a residence. Located in the center of Beşiktaş, our building provides easy access to everywhere. It has a central heating system, modern thermal and sound insulation, and 24-hour hot water. Halogen-free camera, internet, and electrical cables are used throughout the building.
