Regulation Compliance
Each floor has fire and service stairs designed in accordance with the January 2010 fire and firefighting regulations. All open and closed areas of our dormitory, its equipment, and staff qualifications are prepared and updated in line with the Ministry of National Education (MEB) dormitory regulations.
Security
Our dormitory, located within a private garden, is fully secure. Building entrances and exits are controlled with a fingerprint security system. It is monitored 24/7 with alarms, security cameras, tracking, and recording systems. Security personnel are present inside and at the entrance of the dormitory 24/7.

Our dormitory is a building specifically designed for dormitory services, not an apartment later converted into a dormitory. Every detail is arranged for our guests to live comfortably, peacefully, healthily, and safely.

Our dormitory is centrally located, only 5 minutes walking distance to the metro. There is also a bus stop right in front of our dormitory on the main street. Both public and private transportation options pass directly in front of the dormitory, providing easy access to all destinations.
